Between 06:30 and 07:22 CEST, an invalid event payload caused a temporary blockage in the delivery pipeline, resulting in delayed webhook events for some tenants.
Our engineering team successfully deployed a fix to skip the malformed payload, resolved the underlying data-contract conflict, and restored the services to full health. The backlog has completely cleared, and all webhook delivery metrics have normalized. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
